The foreign students should have actual healthcare insurance for the overall period of education. The student should carry a photocopy of insurance.

In case you call the ambulance (phone. 103) you should mention the name of hospital which has a contract with insurance company.

In case of trauma or disease, student or mediator company must call to insurance company by the phone number mentioned in your certficate.

In case of necessity of elective therapy you  may apply to the out-patient clinic of medical academy with medical papers.

The foreign citizen who arrived ti study in Ukraine is to receive the temporary residence card in Ukraine. In order to make it it is necessary to submit into the passport and visa office (Vernadskogo str, 9 office 29) immediately after admission, but earlier than 20 working days prior to expiry of your visa, these papers:

    • translation of pasport, certified by an attorney
    • 6 photo, size 3х4 cm
    • health insurance certificate
    • the receipt of payment for temporary residence card
